Exceptional service.
Honest experience: Heard the multiple ads on my various stations on SiriusXM satellite radio. We had an immediate need, so I tried Zip, as my experience with traditional recruiters indicated it would take more time than we had and would be more expensive. I was not disappointed. Easy and quck.
The dashboard is great. Everything was easy. I am a small company and only need 2 hires. Found the perfect candidates. When I needed to deactivate my account it was very easy. Customer Service Rep Dionne was great!

Heard Great Things- Great Customer Service So Far
I called in with a few questions and received top notch customer service which is refreshing as a new customer of theirs. Liz was the one who helped me and she was extremely patient and helpful. A few of our sister companies have had great success with ZipRecruiter and we look forward to as well.
