I was so surprised...
I was completely satisfied with ZipRecruiter Chats and Sam, who helped me. I didn't need to argue my point, he completely resolved all questions within minutes. I was also really surprised with ZipRecruiter. I posted a job there and Monster at the same time and on the same day. I received over 50 applications from ZR and 4 from Monster. Shocking, really. I will be using them from now on. Especially when they provide service as well as a great product. Thank you so much Sam!! and ZipRecruiter!!

Customer Service is always A+!
Today, I was having a hard time explaining something to their online help person, Azzlyn (who is fantastic), and finally showed her an example of what I wanted and "presto" one minute later she showed me where to get that info. I've been using ZipRecruiter for almost two years now and have always found the help there to be top-notch.

Local parameters work great!
Great response (using the geographical options) for filing the position with local candidates. We were new to this type of search service and were a bit skeptical, but Zip Recruiter really delivered appropriate candidates. We have already recommended this service to other local businesses; and will use it again!

Great Customer Service from Les
Les was able to answer all my questions over the phone. Les called me immediately and was able to answer all my questions with outstanding customer service. He was very kind and patient with me and helpful.. I highly recommend Les for a promotion. He came out in the 2nd half like my boy Tom Brady and won the game. Its like that old saying goes its not how you start the race but how you finish! Great Job Les! Be Blessed! You tha man!
