I had a great experience and much success with my free trial with Zip Recruiter. They have a fantastic customer service team. I needed help with my account and customer service is only open Mon-Fri. I utilized the live chat feature on the website and was chatting with Brianna. She was able to assist me immediately in resolving my issue and I did not even have to call or wait until Monday. Shuntrell, did a great job.
I had lots of issues until getting Shuntrell. Great Job. Go Shuntrell. She taught me how to refresh jobs correctly and she figured out that a bug is in the system that she is submitting to you.

Love that they send out to so many websites!
I love that Zip Recruiter sends out to so many websites. We received our first candidate in less than 2 minutes after signing up! I'm glad that when I call in, I can speak to someone and have my issue taken care of immediately!
