Desiree is the Best!
Desiree was so helpful. I was frustrated and couldn't figure out why my ad posted to Monster with incorrect information. She walked me through the process then put in a ticket for help with the Monster site. Not only did she stay on the phone with me to show me how to close and duplicate (refresh) my ad, she reviewed the Monster site while I was still modifying my content to assure me that the correction was actually made.
