Cancelled Auto Renewal
Art was very helpful in cancelling our subscription. Usually we'd get a run around with cancelling online subscriptions, but Art was very fast and efficient in crediting back our account. If we have a need in the future, at least we know you guys can be trusted

I used ZipRecruiter for the first time today. The account setup was very easy, the online chat with Melissa was fast, friendly and helpful, and the follow-up call with Cerrie Gleason to begin the trial period went smoothly. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my first experience with ZipRecruiter.

Outstanding platform and customer service, would use again!
Used ZipRecruiter for a very specific search in a narrow geographic radius. Was pleased with both the candidates I received and screened, as well as the customer service. (Hats off to Leah for her help!) Great platform, intuitive to use and would not hesitate to reco them in the future.
