I am relatively new to Zip Recruiter
I am relatively new to Zip Recruiter. Miguel walked me through how to reactivate my account and answered my questions regarding posting dates (how to renew the date or keep the old date, if continuing the same ad). He also told me how to share the ad via LinkedIn. He was calm and clear while assisting me.

Great customer service!
Miguel was so helpful because he walked me through the sign in process (which had not allowed me to reset a password), helped my download the resumes sitting in the account, and helped me with the cancellation process. I was very frustrated and he was very kind and patient. I really appreciated his assistance - and if I had needed a IT person at my place, I would have hired him on the spot!

I wanted to send myself PDF resume…
I wanted to send myself PDF resume copies. Everything was easy to follow. Until I received the emailed copies. The issue was I needed to follow a link needing a password and ADP clients don't have passwords. So I called ZipRecruiter and spoke with Keya. She told me ADP clients don't have passwords due to their direct access. Keya walked me through the procedure to retrieve those PDF emails. Keya's assistance was amazing.
