Great customer service

I had a billing issue and called the customer service dept. I got a super helpful and really understanding representative named Brian Strong. Brian helped me with the issue and when I followed up with a different issue, he was immediately responsive and took care of it immediately. It's great to know that there are stand up companies who stand by their word.

What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? As the title states, excellent job previews that are relevant and immediate status updates on all job applications. The app is fantastic! What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter? The only thing I would recommend is set hard parameters for jobs within the mileage limit if the applicant has set one, example, within 25 miles only. Also, if the salary range could be set more firmly for the jobs being presented. Recommendations to others considering ...
