Joshua was truly a joy to work with today. He was very professional and reassuring that it was ok that I took his time. Our initial conversation (training ) was almost 2 hours of questions and answers. I was most impressed with his patients while working with me and the ZipRecruiter computer program. He was very attentive to my needs and was working hard while on the phone with him to resolve the issue. Although the issue did not get resolved during my phone call I was confident in Scott's attempt to resolve them and his efforts to pass on the issue to be resolved at a later time.
