Too Deceiving

I never got a chance to even see how the service worked. I never saw my post because Zip wanted to make me sign up so bad they didn't honor my trial period. And they still sent an invoice of $120! Lucky for me when I complained, Shantel, Customer Care Advocate saved me unnecessary payments. I can't tell you how well Zip works because they never posted my job unfortunately. If I were a big corporation, I would have never noticed the charge. So, the 5 stars goes out to SHANTEL!!!

What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? Timely and convenient. It keeps me informed about new openings related to my profile and search. What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter? Sometimes, a reminder is sent too frequently, several times during the week. What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? I really like the app I was able to send to friends and colleagues making it really easy for them to write a recommendation. When you asking someone to write a letter of recommendation it is invaluable and important for you to have it, but it's an inconvenience for them to be able to take the time to write it.
