Ok, keep everybody off the phone except Jeff. This guys really know how to help a new client. Help us resolve the password cake walk the other two had me on. What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? It matches with jobs that are a match, in varying degrees. What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter? Formatting the resume before uploading it. I couldn't log onto the system until I encountered Will.

As a new user I inadvertently typed my email address incorrectly when setting up my account and was therefore unable to access the system. I spoke with Will who assisted me by finding another way to locate my account at which time he discovered my error. After correcting the problem, he also reset my 4 day free trial period and gave me a thorough tutorial of the site. He was patient and very helpful. Thank you Will for being on the other end of my call to the call center!!!

What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? I enjoy that Zipcruiter allows you to one-click apply for a plethora of opportunities. I also enjoy that you could cater the platform to specific types of jobs that you are looking for. It's really encouraging when you receive e-mails with new and live positions that I could apply for. The most helpful thing about ZipRecruiter is that its search results brought me back good matches that were sometimes job titles that I hadn't even considered searching for.
