Excellent Customer Service Is NOT Outdated
Johnny was very thorough as he walked me through the process of updating my ZipRecruiter ad. He went above and beyond by reviewing my posting and did everything that he could to make sure that I understood the site. I feel like my money is well-spent after Johnny's assistance. ZipRecruiter, recruit for more people like Johnny.

Miguel was extremely helpful and did not stop until every issue was resolved. He effectively managed and resolved a complication in the accounting of my account. He successfully oversaw the issuance of a refund and removed the suspension on my account. Not only did he clear up the error, he further assisted me with posting my new job orders.

I'm very pleased with my recent experience using life assistance on the ZipRecruiter! I called to ask for help with free posting promotion and was very fortunate to get a representative who cares and really likes his job! I was able not only discover monthly subscription savings, which I wasn't aware of but get a complimentary credit booster for one month $130.00! I'm very thankful to Scott for his support and knowledge!
