William H. was able to walk me through several features of the platform: user seats, invite to apply, and quick rate. He also took the time to share how we could optimize our usage by including screening questions. When I initially called, I asked for contact information, which he was able to direct me to but he far exceeded expectations by asking other questions to get to my ultimate goal of granting access to users, versus having to contact our rep Chis. This totally made my night!
