Miguel did a great job helping me with…
Miguel did a great job helping me with my login issue. I had tried to resolve the issue a couple times via IM with support... but wasn't able to get the help I needed. I worked with Miguel and felt he actually understood what my issue was. He stayed calm (I wasn't), and eventually solved the issue. He also re-activated my account and helped me re-post a job posting. He was great!

He did not know the answer of the top of his head and found the answer and guided me to where to go for my question. He was very friendly as well.
