ZipRecruiter is very user friendly and is our go-to recruiting site. Our Account Rep is very attentive and whenever I have immediate questions, I can always use the chat feature. Manuel on the chat feature answered all my questions thoroughly and even made additional suggestions to help me out. I so appreciate the level of customer service he provided.

I worked with Johnny, and he really did help a great deal. I have a physical therapy company in a small town, and he basically "prescribed" me a perfect plan to take to get the largest effect from Zip Recruiter in my specific situation. I was very impressed, and just signed up for Resume View due to him!
