Kudos to Joshua!
Hi: I called today and spoke w/ Joshua. He was able to help me change the status of my account from annual pay to month-to-month. His tone was courteous, respectful, and in general he was a huge help in allowing me to get my recruitment site up and active again. Joshua actually went above and beyond by doing this himself; he was not able to reach my account representative, who is usually the one who does this. His help is very much appreciated.
