Leticia was wonderful. I called VERY frustrated b/c I had to call customer service to get our account reactivated instead of being able to do it online. I was afraid I'd get a pushy salesman. Right out of the gate I was irritable and frustrated; explained I'm sick, boss went on vacation and never came back, blah blah blah. She listened, she helped, she made me feel good about ZipRecruiter
