Outstanding Customer Service
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to discuss an issue with my account and was connected with Shantel. Shantel addressed my concerns in less than five minutes. I have had nothing but great experiences working with Zip Recruiter, but the customer service is in a league of it's own. Shantel you were awesome!

Money well invested
I have been using ziprecruiter for over 10 years at 2 companies, it is a great service for filling vacant job openings. I have used numerous platforms, and ziprecruiter is one we continue to use for a few main reasons: 1) Simplicity to use 2) Additional users are easy to add 3) fair value for the money spent 4) enough applicants that you can hire quickly
