"Less Quantity / Better Quality"
What do you like best about ZipRecruiter? I like the resume / profile view when looking at applicants. Some resumes don't load properly and it can leave you wondering if the candidate doesn't have the proper computer skills but getting a second glance at their information on the profile side can change my mind on whether or not to call someone. I like the profile pictures as well. So when I'm calling people in to meet for an interview I generally know what they look like so I can tell them ...

Much better experience that dealing with INDEED. A live person (Scott) who is knowledgeable and very helpful.. With INDEED you have to chat. Was not able to deal with alive person. Hope the placing of the AD is successful.
