Scott-patient, thorough, model of customer service
Scott was very helpful explaining how I could maximize my subscription, and patiently walking me through the process. Garrett also connected me to Scott, and offered to stay on line until I was helped. I wish all customer service departments could take note of how ZipRecruiter serves their customers and follow suit! Unfortunately, something is going on with Zip Recruiter that is prohibiting me from logging on and receiving emails which is a greater issue than he is able to resolve....it has nothing to do with his capabilities but a bigger system issue. Again, thanks to Miguel for his help. 5 Stars

Considerate
Scott was very patient and kind. What I really liked was when I told him that I only wanted it for a month he took care of it so I would be covered. A lot of businesses would not had told you that you could opt out of auto subscription in hopes that you forget. I felt he was an honest person. I hope we get a qualified person from zip!

Andrew in your customer service/sales department was absolutely amazing. He helped me setup my free trial and assured me everything was legit and private. I was concerned the free trial may be a scam and it was not.
