Kristal-User Update
Kristal was so empathetic to my dilemma! She was courteous and thoughtful and above all with my phone call, she READ the notes so I did not have to recite my challenging problem again for another time. I enjoyed her pleasant demeanor and appreciate her analytical approach to getting my 7 day issue resolved in the same day! Kristal handled my call after my initial call last week when the issue was first discovered.
