That your support staff knows how to deliver.
There are not enough stars to describe Krystal's support and genuine spirit with how she does her job. She helped me open our account and close it today when we had lots of well skilled applicants to sort through. Her friendly manner made it all very simple and she is a joy to work with.

Miguel, He helped me rapidly resolve my account issue and kept things quick and professional. I really appreciated his help and quality customer service. If zip-recruiter has any form of employee bonus or performance incentive program then I would say he qualifies with 5 flying stars.
