Kristal was super helpful. She was quick and to the point, but took care of everything I asked her to do. I was on hold longer that she suspected I might be, because she kept checking back in with me to ensure that I was still on the line. She did great. Give her a big raise ;)

That your support staff knows how to deliver.
There are not enough stars to describe Krystal's support and genuine spirit with how she does her job. She helped me open our account and close it today when we had lots of well skilled applicants to sort through. Her friendly manner made it all very simple and she is a joy to work with.
