Krystal is the kind of person I want to work with all the time! I heard an ad on our local radio promoting a free 3-day trial. So I signed up and posted a couple jobs. We got 18 applicants, but none of them returned our calls. We discontinued the trail after three days, and then was issued a charge. Krystal was able to explain to me all of the trial programs and offer me a credit toward a future job ad or a refund. She helped me navigate the best SOP for using ZR for our next job placement. ...

Miguel was extremely helpful in walking…
Miguel was extremely helpful in walking me through how are invoices were determined. He also got me setup to receive email alerts for new invoices and put in a feature request to create an audit trail for activity on the dashboard. He was very patient, knowledgable and thorough.

There was a billing issue
There was a billing issue as I lost access to my resume database. I should have had 6 left. I worked with Kristal on this, and she heard me out and understood my frustration. She took the time to make this right and I really appreciate it. She understood the principal of what I was saying even though the dollar amount didn't exceed $18. Thanks for getting me back my resume views and for your patience.
