Qualified Candidates
Our Association had issues with getting qualified candidates through ZipRecruiter and was about to switch to another company until speaking with ZipRecruiter Manager, Jay Smith. Jay was extremely professional, courteous (despite me being frustrated about the situation), and most importantly he solved all the issues! Jay gave us advice and informed us of ways to get better qualified candidates for the next time we are hiring. Thanks to Jay Smith, we plan on continuing using ZipRecruiter!
