We were charged for a daily premium we were unaware of after our free trial - I called customer support and Krystal was extremely helpful. We agreed to pay the daily rate of when we were active and she waived the fees from there. It was extremely helpful and took less than 5 minutes. 5 stars!

Miguel was so helpful today
Miguel was so helpful today! I called and was transferred to him very quickly. In less than five minutes he was able to solve the login issues we were having. Excellent customer service skills!
