Krystal - ADP assistance
Best customer service experience. Agent was able to acknowledge my frustration, address my concerns and resolve the situation. I was VERY annoyed that ADP had manipulated me into creating an account. This caused considerable stress and issues. Krystal was kind and empathetic while finding ways to resolve my issue. This is EXACTLY how to handle ticked off clients.

Krystal was very pleasant on the call. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me add screening questions. She suggested I let the post ride for a couple of days to see the response from the ad. She suggested I call back to discuss boosting the job.
