Excellent and Timely Help
Kris was excellent in offering the help I needed to downgrade my plan and close a job posting no longer needed. I will also add that it was nice to not have to wait on hold forever like other experiences in my past with other providers.

Kristal - new candidate emails
In speaking to Kristal she was able to address my issue quickly and efficiently without a lot of explanation. She was very pleasant and professional and asked more than once if there was anything else she could assist with. She easily walked me through the process of solving my issue (turning off email notifications) and answered my questions for future. Overall very efficient and pleasant.
