Billing concerns were quickly and efficiently dealt with by Kris. She was super friendly and helpful to explain the reason for my invoice, and even though the billing mistake was really my fault for not reading the fine print she was able to offer a resolution. I will definitely consider ZipRecruiter for my next job posting when the need arises again.
