I called and spoke to Kris, She was great! This was my first experience with Zip Recriuter and I didn't get a great response, I forgot to close the job, and got charged a ton of money, for 4 applicants that didn't work out. Kris graciously refunded all the money charged to me and as small business that means the world. She also explained for the future for me to call and they will help me so I get a better response. Thank you so much Kris!
