I received fantastic service from Krystal when I called in I was handled with care, and she was attentive and welcoming. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and the efficiency of the process during my call! Overall I would highly recommend Ziprecrutier just based on the customer service.

I called in with a urgent billing…
I called in with a urgent billing matter. "Kris" answered the call and walked me through a satisfactory resolution. Kris listened in spite of my gripe and thoroughly walked me through the site to clear up the problem. Its a better day. I appreciate here calm, friendly and patient demeanor throughout the call. She is truly an asset to Zip Recruiter.
