Kris was extremely patient and helpful. My office manager retired and the boss is trying to manage a few things until the new manager is spun up. Kris was a big help in tweaking our add to capture the best qualified candidates for an urgent job opening.

I called customer service on a Sunday morning and the agent Kris answered. She was very understanding, kind and patient and help process a refund for a job posting I didn't realize I was being charged for. She made it easy and stress free. Thank you so much for you help. I really appreciate it.
