Kris was INCREDIBLE--You really need to promote her
Kris was INCREDIBLY understanding and worked hard for me, to get my refund processed. You should promote Kris to lead your customer service training, as her phone manor was amazing, and she completely resolved my issue and went out of her way to do it! This kind of skill is EXTREMELY rare in the US market, in ANY industry, so reward her. She has made a VERY grateful and loyal customer out of me.
