Excellent Reward Program Tool

We were looking for a reward program for our marketplace bakerykart.com and finally we zeroed at Zinrelo.The Zinrelo loyalty rewards program was very easy to set up and manage. We were able to get up and running very quickly. The customer support is superb.

Excellent for complicated rewards

What do you like best? I am extremely impressed by the value we have received from this app. Even on the free plan, Zinrelo has been very responsive and even made a change for us! What do you dislike? The only things I dislike are minor things like not being able to delete past campaigns, and documentation needs a little work. Zinrelo has been great to deal with

Zinrelo has been great to deal with, and a complete package. We are able to change points and customize terms. Setup took a little while, but the program has been running flawlessly since.

Simple Rewards Program That Pays Off

What do you like best? Simple to integrate into BigCommerce store. It has easy to use reward categories, and can either create coupon codes directly through BigCommerce, or you can mass import codes as needed. Redeeming rewards is easy for customers to follow. Emails can be customized to the customer to notify them about available rewards, and encourage them to visit the website more often. The price is very competitive for the industry. What do you like best? The highly customizable dashboard helped us match the loyalty program to our brand guidelines.
