Well organized

What do you like best? Zimbra is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? It is a little confusing to set up the address book group contacts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication is quick and easy with Zimbra.

Great Webmail Platform

What do you like best? We used the Zimbra webmail platform at a company I worked for, providing webmail interfaces for a number of ISPs throughout the USA. Zimbra was pretty easy to support, from a Tier 2 perspective. The features were very easy to train end users on. I think the filters were the easiest to teach. What do you like best? it's free and simple to use email. I email from a lot of different email addresses and zimbra handles this easily. Easier to use than outlook but still not a match for gmail. The software has an organized but cluttered interface What do you dislike? The search function needs a major overhaul. Mail System Exceeds Expectations

What do you like best? We use Zimbra in our office and it is very effective, as it is integrated into our CRM. We can easily set the client account and make all emails visible staff-wide. What do you dislike? I cannot easily copy an existing calendar entry to create a similar entry. I constantly have to create entries from scratch. What do you like best? Zimbra allows for emails to be sent back and forth easily between Zimbra users. They have also made sending meeting invites easy among Zimbra users. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how simple it is to use and for our clients to access if necessary. What do you dislike? There's nothing about Zimbra that I really dislike. It's a very simple interface. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We aren't currently solving business problems, but I do like how it functions like an inbox, so switching from client to client is quite simple.

What do you like best? Zimbra is a very clean, easy to use interface that gets the job done. It is what it is: an email program, and sometimes that is all that you need. What do you dislike?
