What do you like best about Ziflow? Being able to tell at a glance who has reviewed, commented and approved a proof. What do you dislike about Ziflow? an inability to create groups which would make sending to multiple people more effective What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a centralized location to manage proofs and their status that is viewable by everyone has become extremely important tool in getting artwork reviewed and approved.

Using Ziflow has helped streamline the approval process for our organisation and because it is so user-friendly it means that all our staff finds it easy to use and agree it has improved the efficiency of approvals. What do you like best about Ziflow? Using Ziflow has streamlined our design review process, helped reduce back-and-forth emails and allowed for better version control. What do you dislike about Ziflow? Not that I can think of! We really enjoy using Ziflow. What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Ziflow allows you to see who is commenting and when so you know when all parties have submitted their feedback.

What do you like best about Ziflow? That is so easy to use, and makes reviewing proofs very easily. It makes you have track of all the previous changes and versions. What do you dislike about Ziflow? that you have to go back to previous proof to see the comments and see if they made the correct changes. What do you like best about Ziflow? Ziflow has so many features it's mind-blowing at times. Our team really likes the markup features which allow you to do a lot more than you can marking up a pdf, and it's a lot easier. We were doing everything in email before, with multiple people reviewing and commenting and then you'd have to go back and piece it all together. That was so archaic compared to Ziflow.
