Quick and easy to use
Quick and easy to use. The reports generated are very helpful and it even appends some extra data such as names and gender if they have them.

Your password requirement is the…
Your password requirement is the stupidest system I've ever used. Each time I try to use the password, it says it is invalid.If you are sending the results and the password to the same email address, why is it secure or at all necessary.It is so tedious to get the results , unless you change this I will not renew.

ZeroBounce is simply amazing. When I was initially dissatisfied due to no fault of theirs, they went above and beyond to assist me and solve the issue I was experiencing. Not only that, but they credited my account for participating in the beta program that ended up resolving my issue in the end

ZeroBounce delivered exactly what we…
ZeroBounce delivered exactly what we needed and more. I was so pleased to discover a service that is so well implemented and effective. I appreciated the preview of the .CSV file and also the Gender field that predicts the genders of people based on analysis of their first names. I like the fact that ZeroBounce sends the email results in an encrypted Zip file to maintain confidentiality as the files transit the internet.
