Easy to use, helps us clean our emails
The various statuses (valid, catch-all, spam arrest that zero bounce provides is really helpful. It's also easy to use where you simply upload a CSV and can download cleaned file once the file is processed.

Zerobounce, good, but needs some improvements.
To start, I'm not an IT expert I'm just a marketing coordinator who needs to use these services to improve my marketing output. I guess you can say I'm a regular consumer. So, I used Zerobounce to clean up a list. The website is simple, without bells and whistles, and more designed for IT and data professionals than general consumers like me.
