The output was slightly complex to understand Recommendations to others considering the product Give them a try if you need list verification What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like the ease of use. You just have to upload an excel and it does all the work for you. What do you dislike? I dislike the "token" pricing model. You get tokens that relate to how many emails you can upload. It would be better if it had a pricing model similar to MailChimp, tiered pricing depending on how many emails. Nice Email Validation System
What do you like best? I found that it was very easy to install and get started. A person does not have to be a tech guru to use it. What do you dislike? The company has updates much too frequently. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our spam had grown to be out of control and deliverability was poor. Zero Bounce dramatically improved this issue.

Better than most but could be enhanced
What do you like best? It has a pretty robust list of acceptable and unacceptable email types and API is easy to integrate. What do you dislike? I wish we could have a valid response that an email verified through the API would not hard or soft bounce if the address name is validated.
