Solid Product; Don't worry about the site not looking as slick as some of the others...
The only reservation I have is that your site is a little dated; it works fine, but not as slick as some of the others so some may not choose you because they don't get the visual confidence. I actually chose you over other sites because I got the sense that you had been doing this a long time and had built expertise over that period, and with this type of service I wanted that vs. other services I might not care if someone were the new solution on the block. I have had really good results
I have had really good results using this service. The only downside is that I still get some bounces off of the addresses once they've gone through the service but I think it's a vast improvement over the results I would have gotten.

Easy Peasy and Effective.
Easy Peasy. And effective.I uploaded my list. A while later they gave me the list back with a complete breakdown of good and bad addresses and everything in between.I started with a legit list. It was old but was double optin for my company. My email service provider would not accept the original list. They did, however, accept the cleaned list from ZB (about 60% the size of the original.All around, good experience.
