Overall a very good service
Overall a very good service. We had a very high bounce rate prior to using this service and this service helped us to get this in control. Giving it 4* because even after using this still 1.5% of the emails bounced.

We are a market research firm and utilize the client's customer lists when we send surveys on their behalf. In this case the client had done a poor job of maintaining the customer list, and our survey software rejected the list due to an estimated 11% bounce rate. ZeroBounce to the rescue! We had never used them before, but within about an hour the list was cleaned and verified. The final bounce rate with the cleaned list was only about 0.6%.
