East to Use
I have used several services for cleaning email lists and this is the best platform, easy to use, keeps all the other information along with emailaddress. Comprehensive, never had to ask a question because it’s super easy to use. Other services are pay yearly and Zero Bounce is pay for credit but so worth it. Better to pay for a platform that works then even one time for a service that doesn’t work.

I had a huge problem with fake emails…
I had a huge problem with fake emails and spamtraps in my list. Zero bounce solved completely the problem for me. My list now is clean and the average open rate went from 10% to now 20%. Huge results I’m very happy with this service !

Working with zerobounce is a breadth of fresh are — I’m serious.Their customer support is amazing. I loved how I was able to speak to someone on the phone to answer questions I had. If you’ll need them that is, their product is super simple and easy to use.Price is also fantastic compared to other industry leaders.Highly recommended product.

Overall the experience was good
Overall the experience was good. However, there are a few critiques:1. The buying process seemed unnecessarily small.2. Paying by usage would be preferred, as opposed to purchasing quantities.

We had some false positives
We had some false positives. Adresses that were stated invalid but are good. API is pretty fast and reliable
