Overall a great service

I feel like ZeroBonce is a great service overall. It's easy to use and quick. My feedback is I wish you could buy a small number of credits at a time.

Works! Cleaned up lists.

I had several lists that were not allowed by Mailchimp. I searched for a solution and found ZeroBounce. I ran the lists through ZeroBounce. It eliminated the bad addresses and I resubmitted the cleaned up lists to Mailchimp and had no further issues. I run all my lists through ZeroBounce now.

Zero Bounce helps me a lot in my email…

Zero Bounce helps me a lot in my email verification project and we have observed in our quality audit report that zero Bounce gives result with more accuracy other than any service provider.

Convenient but not certain

Zero Bounce is certainly very convenient. However I am not 100% confident about the output. Several times even after running database through Zero bounce, we receive a lot of hard and soft bounces on the database. While the platform is very secure, it should have variable degrees of strictness with which email IDs should be reviewed

After more than $500 doing validations…

After more than $500 doing validations for my customers, I can tell you the reports and data received is almost perfect.If you use their web site to do a validation you receive a spreadsheet with all the results (in fact like 7 different files each one specifying the result (toxic, good, catch-all, etc and the extra data (known first/last name for emails is a great addition.Deduplication is free which is great.The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that catch-all emails sometimes contain ...
