I have tried multiple list cleaning…
I have tried multiple list cleaning services, finally satisfied with ZeroBounce results. Other services just removing hard-bounces, here ZeroBounce removes Spam complainers, spam traps etc. Why 4 stars means ZeroBounce is unable to add First_Name, Second_Name to some emails.

Even though the valid list should have 99.99% deliver rates we experience around 99% which in my opinion should be higher. And some catchall emails were actually validated by other services. If catchall is a server configuration this should not be possible

Excellent customer service.
The online tool did not pick up in any of the spamtrap emails that our email marketing provider advised had made it into our list. However the company provided extremely good service to identify and remove those emails themselves. Outstanding level of customer service but lost a little confidence in their online tool.

I just recently have purchased this. I do like how everything is given back in separate files and also its wayyy cheaper than briteverify. I wish they can have the "catch all" emails also carefully verified as well. Overall, i would definitely recommend to others.

ZeroBounce worked well for the price…
ZeroBounce worked well for the price paid. Most affordable service for email scrubbing I've experienced. Still experienced some bounces, but it was an old list -- would have expected those would have gotten scrubbed out now.
