I was reluctant to sign up as have never had experience of how to validate email lists, but through the chat service with Andrei, I was assisted all the way through the process with really clear and helpful explanations. Bee is an excellent person to work with. I feel lucky to work with her as she has all the knowledge needed in her position coupled with the right attitude to help customers. I don't think I would have done business with Zerobounce if it wasn't for Bee who represented the company perfect just how the CEO wanted it to be represented.

What do you like best? Firstly, I like ZeroBounce for its convenient interface. In comparison to other validation services it looks very comprehensible and easy to use. We constantly clean our email lists from spam traps and the addresses with a high level of spam complaints. What do you like best? Accuracy. They always cleaned my Yahoo addresses What do you dislike? I didnt find anything to dislike so far. Accuracy is MUCH better than other…

Accuracy is MUCH better than other services that I have tried. Also, the customer service is great. With Bounceless it was been nonexistent. I am so glad I switch to ZeroBounce.

What do you like best? Zerobounce has been amazing at helping us verify that all of our new subscribers are valid users. Originally we did not even think that we needed an email validation service, but it ended up being extremely useful. What do you dislike?
