I needed to quickly validate a database…
I needed to quickly validate a database for a one off project I am completing. I am the least tech savvy girl on the internet so I was worried. Raluca at ZeroBounce made it all effortless and easy - going so far as to send me a YouTube video to teach me how to convert a file. She helped me find a completely reasonably priced plan and held my hand the whole way through. I can't recommend Raluca or ZeroBounce highly enough!

Zerobounce is easy to use
I was able to use their services to clean up lists when using the Squarespace email programs. I learned about Zerobounce from Squarespace so I was glad to try it out. They make it very easy to help clean our email lists.

Late Night Issue? No Problem

Great and speedy online chat support
Great and speedy online chat support. My Q's were instantly met and answered by professionals. An hour from the time I entered the Zero Bounce page, my problem was solved. We finally managed to validate all of our contact list in less than 60 min. A problem we struggled to solve for over 2 weeks. Do try it out!
