We are very happy with ZB
We are very happy with ZB. The whole process from uploading the data for analysis to the reports is very straight forward and user friendly. We'd strongly recommend ZB for anyone that is concerned about the integrity of their data.

More bang for your buck! Highly recommend!
SO much cheaper than similar products I've used. And... I get better results! I have barely had any bounce backs. The only downfall is that you have to get a confirmation email in order to download the zip file, which can be a pain and I've had some issues with the confirmation code not working and having to re-download several times. This is the best email verification system out there
This is the best email verification system I've used. Having the sub-statuses in addition to the status is great for those who want more detail into the verification process. Not being charged for records marked as "unknown" is a huge plus!

Great product
What do you like best? The product works as advertised at a very competitive cost. Some vendors are not able to validate webmail addresses but ZeroBounce was able to without fail. It was a huge help in our outbound email campaigns. What do you dislike? Occasionally the service takes a bit longer to validate the list. It's not dependent on the list size - I think it's more dependent on the domain. It's not a big deal honestly, but the first few times I was a little surprised. ...
