Ease of use and helpful guides to walk you through the various validation methods and results. Would be 5 stars if not for a couple issues with "unknown" results. Would give 4.5 stars if possible, since that may not be a common issue.

Great segmentation

What do you like best? I like how they segment emails further than just an email that exists. They have seperate places for spam traps and catch-all emails which helps make sure your deliverability score stays high in the eyes of Google, Outlook and Yahoo. What do you dislike? I wish it had a salesforce integration

I wish it had a salesforce integration. When dealing with thousands of contacts it just does not end up being a seamless process. Also if there was a salesforce integration, I could have all my sales reps on ZeroBounce

ZeroBounce has been a good tool for us to clean our leads. We are still getting bounce rates in the 2-8% range depending on the day... so I cannot give you a 5 stars, as much as I would love too :

i wanted the list of invalid mails, that´s why i wanted the service, neverthless the downloaded list indeed gave me the "invalid" ones but!! many of them were actually valid, i checked all of them and many were valid.
