Maybe worth it?
Hard to really know if the information provided in the form of the scrubbed list was thorough and accurate, but the process was pretty straightforward and the customer service was responsive.

I recommend Zero Bounce to anyone without hesitation
I found Zero Bounce on Google. I was a skeptical because their price point was much lower than other others. I spoke with Alex at the toll free number and he was very knowledgeable, that gave me the reassurance I needed to purchase services. We tested Zero Bounce with 1 mailing over 5 lists (52k total emails using Send Grid. We had Bounces at 0.32% and Spam Report at 0.09%. We could not be more pleased with Zero Bounce. Amazing Service and Price

Good Experience
I had in general good experience. You have better pricing than some of the other players I have used, but I got some bounced email after using your service. Not substantial but from other vendor I used in past, I got 0 bounce - but it was much costlier. Overall I am satisfied and will use your service again in future.

Design looks very simple
Design looks very simple, a little old. Does the job but not as accurate when seeing the mailchimp results. No same app has been perfect either.

Great tool that has helped us
Great tool that has helped us effectively clean our email list. Noticible decrease in bounce rates since we started using this tool. Would rate 5 but, only thing that can be better is the UI severely needs a refresher!! Other than that highly recommend
