Good program, ahead of its time
What do you like best? The automated ability to handle our benefits. In this day and age, I am surprised it took so long to make the benefits enrollment and termination process an automated one. Zenefits was a leader in implementing this platform, which has since been implemented by others. What do you dislike? I believe the paid pricing modules are a little steep. Zenefits helping out small non-profits
What do you like best? That it takes care of so many parts of human resources. The on-boarding process, the health care, the taxes, the payroll, the time and attendance! What do you dislike? I would love to see the fee structure slightly different and more of a discount for non-profits. Especially in the way they count employees - as we are double counted for part time employees - who only work half a year. Does a ton of HR goodies but is still developing into the company that they want to be
What do you like best? I love the onboarding experience for new hires as well as the PTO tracking features What do you dislike? Bugginess of having your benefits managed by them- covering 50 states is hard and sometimes we have problems with them running our health and dental. It has gotten better each year but it's something to be on top of as a business owner/manager. Good start to providing access for employees, but needs to be more end user friendly
What do you like best? We don't utilize all of the offerings of Zenefits, I like the ease of employees creating their time off requests and getting real time information on who's out. What do you dislike? The system doesn't appear to be user friendly. The dashboard doesn't come up automatically for employees and they are not sure where they are suppose to submit their requests, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great concept for a platform, has room for improvement!
What do you like best? One stop onboarding and benefits picking for onboarding! What do you dislike? The level of support is not consistent, integrations do not always work, and payroll portion does not allow for post dated payrolls to be processed a pay period behind while integrating with other payroll providers. What do you like best? I like that is it easy to log into and that it integrates with other platforms. What do you dislike? Used to recommend, but seriously unhappy with the new (lack of) customer support
What do you like best? Efficient way to manage benefits, HR records and employee onboarding What do you dislike? Since the recent changes it is extremely difficult to reach anyone at Zenefits to resolve issues when things go wrong. We used to have contacts we could email and call directly. People pay for this
What do you like best? I can manage employees and make changes to their roles. What do you dislike? It doesn't exactly work, I almost lost a hire because we couldn't send an offer letter out (due to a system glitch Recommendations to others considering the product HR isn't something to experiment with, use something more established. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not managing employees through Google sheets.
