What do you like best? Zenefits is an easy to use interface for both the company, and the employees. Simple, easy and effective. The employees feel comfortable using the system and we have had no complaints. I could go on and on about the system but I'm sure you've stopped reading at this point. Simplified My Job!

What do you like best? I love being able to have on boarding process almost complete by the time my new hire arrives. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is difficult for users to get their Driver's License uploaded. What do you like best? Zenefits is extremely user friendly and takes the headache out of tracking a lot of HR like things. What do you dislike? The website is very slow, especially when approving vacation days. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? a lot of on boarding and HR tasks are easily completed in Zenefits. Zenefits also allows employees to ask benefits questions, which our staff normally is not well versed in.

What do you like best? The on boarding process is very user friendly especially for the employer. The ability to send all of the necessary documents directly to the candidate and have them respond saves time and speeds up the completion of the process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Keep track of employees time off and maintain up-to-date changes for employees profile. What do you dislike? Good start to providing access for employees, but needs to be more end user friendly

What do you like best? We don't utilize all of the offerings of Zenefits, I like the ease of employees creating their time off requests and getting real time information on who's out. What do you dislike? The system doesn't appear to be user friendly. Great concept for a platform, has room for improvement!

What do you like best? One stop onboarding and benefits picking for onboarding! What do you dislike? The level of support is not consistent, integrations do not always work, and payroll portion does not allow for post dated payrolls to be processed a pay period behind while integrating with other payroll providers.
