Great for On-boarding

What do you like best? I love the ability to streamline the on-boarding process. What do you dislike? There can be times when the site is not user friendly and intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a great way to seamlessly on-board remote and distance employees.

Zenefits as a HR platform

What do you like best? I love that the commuter card in available virtually as well. The process for requesting days off is easy What do you dislike? I wish pay stubs were also available online. What do you like best? easy hours tracking. you can find all the info you need in one place. simple to request vacation/sick time off What do you dislike? hours don't tally as the week goes on, so you have to add them up manually. Lacking in basic tools for employee self-service

What do you like best? When we used it, I did like how easy it was to navigate through the website - I did not feel as though I were overwhelmed by needless clutter. As superficial as it sounds, I actually was a fan of their old logo as well - it felt warm and classic. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zenefits digitizes all our employee records and tells me when we're missing info What do you dislike? new pricing tiers aren't my favorit, but still a good deal What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Ease of use , access to HR information and the on-boarding process reduced from 2 weeks to 2 hours. In our business on-boarding is critical to our success and the success of our customers. Annual benefit renewal could not be easier. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First if all, this is easy to use solution and it is perfect fit for both company and employees.
